Workshop
We are very pleased to say that the 24 IH workshop on teaching techniques and approaches on May 22nd and 23rd, 2010 was hosted by IH Poltava on May 22nd and 23rd, 2010 .
In attendance we had 56 people who came to the 24th Ukrainian workshop from Kiev, Dnipropetrovsk/Donetsk, Odessa, Kharkov, Lviv, International Language Center, Moldova and Uzhgorod and of course Poltava.
There were a wide assortment of presentations ranging from "More than just a Teacher" to "How to Teach IELTS" along with some interesting presentations on activities to use in the classroom and ways to maintain discipline with young learners.
Our evening tour of the city and the dinner held at Kozachka restaurant was also an amazing success, as it seems everyone in attendance had an amazing time and truly enjoyed themselves.
We were very honored to be able to host this event and we look forward to our next opportunity to attend the workshop in Donetsk in October.
